Students may not attend school until all up to date physicals and immunizations are fully completed and received by the first day of school.
Requirements are:
6th grade: school physical, immunizations and dental exam.
9th grade: school physical and dental exam.
12th grade: immunizations.
Per school policy, no prescription or non-prescription medication will be given at school without a signed doctor’s order form and signed consent from the parent.

The Cass County Health Clinic will be offering school/sports physicals and immunizations during School Registration on Monday, August 3, 2026 and Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
Location: MS/HS Cafeteria
Hours: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Appointments are required for immunizations and physicals. Please call one of the following offices to schedule your appointment:
Virginia Office: 217-452-3057 ext. 1333
Beardstown Office: 217-323-2242 ext. 1221
Walk-ins may be available for physicals only, based on availability. No walk-in immunizations will be given.
